Where We Come From

Krysalis was established over two decades ago in Chennai, by a group seasoned CXOs from leading Indian MNCs, who had worked closely with consultants and had seen the gap between what businesses needed and what they were getting. The advice was often good. The execution support was almost always missing. The understanding of ground-level Indian business realities was rarely there.

We started with a conviction: that real transformation requires both the analytical rigour to diagnose correctly and the operational understanding to fix things that actually work. That conviction has shaped every engagement we have taken on since.

Today, Krysalis works with businesses across eight industry sectors – from large listed companies to family-run manufacturers to growth-stage startups. Our team of 30 consultants bring together strategy, operations, research, and implementation capability under one roof. We are Chennai based, pan-India in reach, and increasingly global in our ambitions.
